Above is the same shot from the backside. All the
seams in the firewall are lock seams, this is done
by putting a 1/4" J bend on one side and a 1/4
break on the other, when welded from the front it
looks great, is damn near indestructable and is
completely sealed. I also add a 1/4" channel
around the tunnel opening, this helps the strength
and also makes it nearly impossible to cut
yourself when removing the tranny.  Yes it is a
pain in the a$$, but the strength and look are
very much worth the extra effort. Below is the
finished firewall.
