The first photo is the drivers side rocker (it ain't welded
either). I weld all the sheetmetal myself , I wait until I
need a break from tinwork to begin the real
aggravation. Almost all the steel is welded solid all the
way around. Our stuff is built to last forever! Skip
welding will let it crack around the welds, it will also
begin to bleed rust from under the overlap. we don't
have these problems.
The next one shows the beginnings of the pedal
assembly. Since this car will be prostock legal it will
have a clutch pedal and a handbrake. Both the clutch
cross shaft and the brake pedal spin on needle bearings.
The next update will have more on the pedals, which
have to be finished before I can build the floor.
Hopefully it will be on the next update as well.
