Here's the finished floor, its even welded! The box in the
center protects the crotch strap, which wraps around
the tube. The "ashtray" ('cause thats what it looks like!)
encloses the strap all the way around and both sides.
Next time your at the track, watch the bottom of the
cars as they pull into the water box, you'll be surprised
at the number of seat belt straps are completely exposed
under the car. Ours are not, save for an 1/8" drain hole.
(Its less like an ashtray and more like an everything
tray)
