the blank piece of 3/8 aluminum flat stock, which I
feed into our mutli-billion dollar CNC
lazer/waterjet/plasma cutter
(Yeah Right!) and it spits out the finished product
shown below.
I cut the rough shape with a sawzall, then used an
assortment of grinders and files to get the final
shape, drill it full of holes and your done.
