I thought I would give you an Idea
how I do the tin. The top photo
shows the hole to be filled. The
second pic shows the pattern I
start with. Most of the time I don't
use patterns, but the tunnel sides
are fairly complex.
When using a pattern, cut a big
hole around the notch, then use
tape to fill the gaps. Now make
the blank, (The right shape but
slightly oversize.) Transfer the
tape line onto the blank and round
the corners.
Look how close it fits on the first
cut!! Use a file to clean it up,
