The windows come oversize. Every car that comes out of the mold is a little different than the one before, so ya have to fit each window by hand. The excess lexan is trimmed of until it fits like OJ's glove, TIGHT!

Start by taping the window over the opening, then draw a line around the outside lip of the opening.

I start with the lowest edge first, as its the one ya have to bend over to see. Once it is fitted and drilled, you can draw the line around the rest of the opening.
