Above shows the completed
door panel on the door. The
steps in the pieces add
strength to the panel, I use a
lot more style than most other
shops. This type of design is
layed out using a curve
pattern and a ruler. Skulls,
flames, scripts and emblems
are freehand.
The aluminum is a semi-gloss
black and is covered by a
protective sheet, so the scuffs
and scratches are not a
problem.

The side photo shows the
actual shape of the step
rollers. It puts a small break
on the line as the panel is run
thru.
